About Kendal
My own journey into healing started in nursing. Driven by my desire to heal and serve, I was called to be a Registered Nurse. After a short time in the medical field, it became shockingly apparent that women are often given very few options through the use of allopathic medicine to address issues like pain, numbness, vaginismus, painful sex, prolapse, incontinence, and pre and postpartum care. After years of being in high stress environments and ignoring the many signs my body was trying to communicate, such as fibroids, dissociation during intimacy, IBS and painful cycles, I started to listen. The more I dove into sacred womb work and began to speak my own story openly, I started to heal. Regular pelvic care and connection to self has become an integral part of my self care and empowerment.
So often women experience pain, discomfort, dissociation and shame around their relationship with their yoni. In healing our physical, emotional and energetic blockages in the womb, we gain authority over our physical bodies and our sexual experiences. I work to hold space so women know they are whole and capable of transformation. Whether it is inflammation, gut issues, depression or dullness, our bodies hold the stories and key to healing what is keeping us living in a state of fight, flight, freeze and appease. I offer my clients skilled care, intuitive and heartfelt listening, and a subtle approach to womb work. Through abdominal, myofascial and lymphatic massage, while providing emotional support and energetic healing, we will open the body, mind and heart to wholeness.
